2. Services

deskflow offers professional office process consulting to help teams achieve smoother workflows and better execution. Services include analysis, process mapping, training, and implementation support.

2.1 Scope

Consulting engagements are customized and may be delivered onsite or remotely. All details will be set forth in a project proposal or statement of work.

3. Info Products

Info products include digital courses, guides, templates, and recorded webinars designed to enhance office efficiency.

4. Goods

Physical goods may include printed manuals, training kits, and branded materials shipped to your address.

5. Payment and Fees

All fees for services, info products, and goods are stated in the order confirmation. Payment methods are specified at checkout.

6. Refund and Transfer Policy

6.1 Consulting Services

If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of the first session. Requests must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method or via electronic bank transfer. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer the remaining service hours to a future date at no extra cost. Custom services that require significant preparation or third-party commitments are non-refundable; this ensures resource allocation and scheduling integrity.

6.2 Info Products

Digital downloads and streaming access are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days of approval. After this period or usage threshold, purchases are final.

6.3 Goods

Unused physical goods in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund or swap. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective. Refunds for returns are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer within 14 days of receipt and inspection. Customized or personalized items are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.

deskflow reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our site.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
